On the eve of trial, Pensacola Attorney Aaron Watson recovered $750,000.00 for his client, who was injured due to the conduct of a negligent corporation. Before filing a lawsuit, the corporate gasoline/fuel services Defendant refused to accept responsibility for its conduct and offered nothing to compensate Mr. Watson’s client. After nearly two years of litigation, discovery, hearings, and depositions from coast to coast, the Defendant saw the light and settled just weeks before its January trial.
